Thermal imaging with a FLIR E6 infrared camera captures temperature differences, instantly revealing electrical problems, shower leaks, moisture in walls, insufficient insulation, hot spots in the attic, and other issues that would otherwise remain hidden.

BUILDFAX REPORT

Termites and other Wood-Destroying Insects (WDI) can cause significant damage to the structure of a house. At your request, we will arrange for one of our local pest control experts to conduct an inspection during your home inspection appointment. 

WOOD DAMAGE

When physically accessing a roof is not possible, we conduct an aerial inspection with a drone capable of 4K imaging and video. Using a DJI Mavic Pro drone, inspection all roof types is possible, regardless of height, grade, or stability.

 If your future property has a water well or septic system you'd like to have inspected, we will schedule inspections of each system with our local partners.

When water stains or mismatched paint are detected, a moisture meter is used to determine if there is an active source of moisture. In the wake of Hurricane Harvey, this is an especially important inspection tool.

11- OR 23-MONTH WARRANTY INSPECTIONS

At least a month before your home warranty expires, schedule an inspection to discover any items in need of repair so they can be fixed or replaced by your home warranty company while still under policy. 

COMMERCIAL

If you are considering leasing or buying a commercial property that is 100,000 sq. ft. or less, schedule an inspection to detect structural and other defects that could negatively impact the profitability of your business.

RE-INSPECTION

In the event a major repair is required before you purchase a home, a re-inspection can be  scheduled to ensure the work has been properly completed. Cost is dependent on mileage incurred.
